Traditional Art / Drawings / Portraits & Figures

This is a potrait study of Rosanna for use in my workshops. My original plan was to do a full size portrait of Rosanna from a different photo. Then I was asked to teach a workshop, and I realized that I had the perfect photo to use from my latest photo shoot! I chose a photo that was taken straight on, with a dominant light on one side, so that my students can focus on light, color, and facial elements without worrying too much about a likeness or complex form.

So glad to hear! Kristy Kutch is going to have a workshop in town next July. I am hoping to get signed up for that workshop, if it isn't already filled up. I have been wanting to take one of her workshops for a long time.
